1.    Company Information or Company Profile – always get full information about company which you are going to attend interview. Interviewer can ask you above question very often as they always do. Company information can be found at their website. When you got call from company then you must asked company website or profile. Get information about their establishment, year of operating, their services and products, their branches etc.

2.    Don’t Ask For Salary Directly – this is what we worked for. But always remember don’t asked for salary directly from your interviewer. You should get an idea yourself in discussion, company market value, your interview time and question themes. If they asked you then do not hesitate to tell your expectations.

3.    Tit For Tat – as per my recommendation and experience basis. Always give an answer in the interviewer language. Sometimes it happens that interviewer asked you any question in English to judge your talent but you start in Hindi. Don’t do that. Always try to give answer according to question language.

4.    Your Weakness – every human being on earth has strength and weaknesses so you are also. That means you also have certain weaknesses and you should write them on paper. Then choose one or two weaknesses which you can tell in front of anyone. If you have been asked then explain your weaknesses.

5.    Previous Company Leaks – you may be asked to reveal some of your previous company information, their services, their clients and other internal information. They may be offer your confirm selection but you should understand their point. Never reveal any of your previous companies’ information to anyone whether you are working with them or not. Your current interview may judge your secrecy and how you can hold the company policy.
