What do I do if I already have spyware or adware installed ?
There are many hundred of free anti-spyware/adware applications available on the Internet, but I think that most of the people would agree with me that no one is final anti-spyware/adware which can remove all type of spyware/adware.
1. I would recommend that you download Spybot-Search & Destroy by safer-networking.org, anti-spyware/adware. It is freely available and they update their database files very regularly. In essence, it is a virus scanner, which only looks for adware and spyware. Once it finds some it will prompt you and ask you what course of action you would like to do.
So if you have spyware or adware already installed into your computer, then download Spybot-Search & Destroy, update its database and run a full scan on operating systems.
